Job Details:

• Video Creation: Film and create short videos that resonate with the target audiences on TikTok Video, Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts...

• Editing & Content Optimization: Edit raw footage into polished, entertaining, short-form videos, for optimal performance on social media plaforms, including proper framing, pacing & sound mixing to suit the platform's algorithm and audience behavior.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content connects the brand's visual identity and key messages.

• Storytelling/Content planning: Plan creative stories for unique contents, attractive, entertaining, relatively engaging with audiences.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation team, including social media team, marketers, and influencers to align video content with broader marketing strategies.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trendy videos, audios from the major social medias, analyse popular videos' key elements and implement their formulas creatively into our own video content.

• Scheduled Postings: Maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring content is released at peak hours for maximum views.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in videography and video editing, specifically for TikTok.

(Fresh Graduates wanted too)

• Graduated from relevant major in college, such as film, media studies.

• Proficiency in video editing softwares, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InShot etc.

• Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and color grading for social media videos.

• Fast learning and knowledge of up-to-date video trends, elements and techniques.

• Excellent English communication and teamwork.

• Creative mind, truely passionated about video producing.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
