We are looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager who can champion an enjoyable dining experience and deliver excellent guest service. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end restaurant operations—ensuring smooth daily workflow, effective sales and cost management, strong employee retention, and high customer satisfaction.
As the Restaurant Manager, you won’t just be supervision, leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to perform at their best. You will monitor food and service quality, uphold operational standards, and maintain a positive working environment where teamwork thrives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Drive sales performance while managing costs, inventory, and overall store profitability.
- Maintain excellent guest experience by upholding high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the team to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure consistent food quality, proper service execution, and adherence to company standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to support employee engagement and retention.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Operations Management, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) setting.
- Strong leadership and team development skills; able to coach, mentor, and motivate staff.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, including sales forecasting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain high service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
