Design Graphic Staff

About the role

PT ALSOK Services Indonesia is seeking a talented Design Graphic Staff to join our creative team in Jakarta Raya on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphic designs that communicate our brand message effectively to diverse audiences. You will work collaboratively with marketing, communications, and product teams to develop designs that align with our company's vision and strategic objectives. This position is integral to maintaining our visual identity and ensuring consistent, high-quality design output across all platforms and mediums.

Key responsibilities

1. Create original graphic designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media content, and promotional assets

2. Develop and maintain visual consistency across all design projects in line with brand guidelines and company standards

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience for each project

4. Produce design concepts, mockups, and presentations for client and stakeholder review and approval

5. Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs in a timely and professional manner

6. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines

7. Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to enhance the quality and innovation of our design output

8. Prepare final artwork and assets for production, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with specifications

9. Support the broader marketing team in executing design-related campaigns and initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

3. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools

4. Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that effectively communicate brand identity

5. Excellent visual communication skills with an eye for detail and aesthetic sensibility

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, taking direction and incorporating constructive feedback

7. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

8. Familiarity with digital design principles and experience designing for various platforms (web, mobile, social media) is advantageous

9. Knowledge of print production processes and pre-press requirements is a plus

10. Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English (spoken and written)
