Marketing Manager (EPC Industry)
Job Summary
Lead the company's business development and marketing activities to secure EPC projects, expand client networks, and achieve business growth targets. Responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing key client relationships, overseeing tender activities, and coordinating with technical and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and pursue EPC project opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, energy, mining, cement, and infrastructure sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with project owners, consultants, government agencies, and strategic partners.
Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, and competitor activities.
Manage the tendering and proposal process, coordinating with engineering, procurement, estimation, and project teams.
Review commercial proposals, quotations, budgets, and contract terms before submission.
Develop annual sales forecasts and business development plans.
Manage and mentor marketing staff and business development personnel.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
Following the company procedure on managing reports on business opportunities, project pipelines, and sales performance.
Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to execution teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in EPC, construction, industrial projects, or engineering services.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, tendering, contracts, and project execution.
Proven track record of securing projects and developing client relationships.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
