About PT Ayouma

PT Ayouma is an international luxury real estate developer specializing in premium hospitality and resort developments across Bali and Lombok. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Officer to support our legal operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage commercial agreements and legal documents.

• Support land acquisitions, property transactions and due diligence.

• Coordinate permits and licenses, including OSS, PBG, SLF and other regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate and real estate regulations.

• Maintain corporate legal documents and company records.

• Liaise with external law firms, notaries and government authorities.

• Identify legal risks and provide practical legal advice to management.

• Assist with investor agreements, lease agreements and commercial contracts.

• Organise and maintain legal documentation and contract administration.

• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.).

• Minimum 2 years of legal experience.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate and real estate law.

• Experience with contracts and legal documentation.

• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Professional, proactive and solution-oriented.
