Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Accounting, or related field
At least 1 year of experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Staff (fresh graduates are welcome)
Understanding of purchasing processes and vendor management
Strong negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus)
Detail-oriented, communicative, and analytical
Able to work independently and in a team
Job Descriptions:
Handle purchasing of goods/services based on company needs
Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers
Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms
Create and process Purchase Orders (PO)
Ensure timely availability of goods
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, etc.)
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance
Maintain accurate purchasing documentation
