Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of college with at least 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional manner
• Assist customers with service-related concerns and requests
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to address customer concerns
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
