The company operates boutique stores in prestigious shopping destinations across major cities, delivering world-class luxury retail experiences through exclusive product collections, elegant store environments, and exceptional customer service.
As part of its continued retail expansion, the company is developing its luxury fashion portfolio in Indonesia and seeking an experienced retail leader to manage boutique operations, strengthen sales performance, and deliver premium shopping experiences for high-value customers.
Job Role
The Store Manager – Luxury Fashion & Accessories is responsible for managing overall boutique operations, driving commercial performance, leading store teams, and ensuring exceptional luxury customer experiences aligned with international retail standards.
This role requires a commercially driven and service-oriented retail professional with strong experience in premium fashion, footwear, handbags, leather goods, or luxury accessories. The successful candidate will oversee sales achievement, customer relationship development, team performance, operational excellence, and brand presentation to maximize store profitability and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily boutique operations and ensure outstanding luxury customer service standards.
Drive store sales performance and achieve key retail KPIs including Sales Turnover, ATV, UPT, AUR, and customer retention.
Develop and execute luxury clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships with high-value customers.
Manage customer engagement initiatives to increase repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
Lead, coach, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve sales and service excellence.
Manage staff scheduling, recruitment support, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand image align with luxury retail standards.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock management, product availability, and after-sales service quality.
Maintain operational excellence including reporting, compliance, and coordination with head office teams.
Analyze store performance data and implement improvement strategies to increase commercial results.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail management, particularly within premium fashion, footwear, handbags, leather goods, or accessories brands.
Proven experience managing boutique operations, sales targets, and retail teams.
Strong understanding of luxury retail KPIs, clienteling strategies, and customer relationship management.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance with strong attention to detail and service excellence mindset.
Ability to deliver premium customer experiences for luxury clientele.
Basic English communication skills.
