WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing and supervising daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Plan, coordinate, and control all goods receipt, storage, and goods movement activities in the warehouse.
Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain stock accuracy between physical stock and system records.
Conduct regular stock opname (daily/weekly/monthly as required) and ensure proper documentation of stock adjustments.
Monitor stock levels, including fast-moving, slow-moving, and near-expiry items, and ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly recorded and documented (e.g., Delivery Order, Goods Receipt Note, etc.).
Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and delivery.
Coordinate closely with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient distribution processes.
Supervise warehouse operational staff (picker, packer, helper, etc.) and ensure daily tasks are executed effectively.
Assign daily tasks and conduct daily briefing for warehouse team members.
Monitor team productivity, discipline, and compliance with warehouse SOPs.
Ensure the warehouse area is clean, safe, organized, and operating according to company standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (stock report, incoming/outgoing report, discrepancy report, etc.).
Identify operational issues and proactively propose improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse and other departments according to company procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (D3/S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills preferred).
Experience with inventory systems / WMS / ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with ability to manage warehouse operational staff.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external logistics partners.
Able to speak and understand English in a working environment (mandatory).
