Job Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Administer and facilitate psychological tests for candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
Prepare recruitment reports and support other HR activities as needed.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support hiring needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
Computer literate, especially proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in administering or facilitating psychological assessments will be an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
