PT Prasetia Dwidharma is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business growth and drive strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Proven experience in a managerial/leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in the IT industry and Telecommunications (Telco).
- Strong background in B2B Sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales & marketing plans.
