Casual Leasing Supervisor

Central Park Borneo Bay is an exclusive high-end shopping destination that curates premium brands, refined architecture, and exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced professional to join our leadership team as: Casual Leasing Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize casual leasing activities for exhibitions, events, and temporary tenants.

• Monitor leased areas including occupied space, leasing periods, and ensure cleanliness and proper display standards of exhibition participants in accordance with mall guidelines.

• Supervise and ensure the smooth movement of exhibition goods in and out according to operational schedules and procedures.

• Conduct approaches and negotiations with potential tenants or exhibitors to increase casual leasing occupancy.

• Coordinate closely with related departments such as operations, engineering, security, and housekeeping to ensure smooth exhibition activities.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on leasing activities and casual leasing area performance to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Management, Business, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing or casual leasing, preferably from shopping malls or trade malls.

• Strong ability in market analysis and identifying opportunities for exhibition or promotional space leasing.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

• Willing to be based in Balikpapan.
