Recruiter (Talent Pool)
We're building a talent pool of freelance recruiters who enjoy connecting great people with great opportunities.
This is a remote, project-based opportunity. You'll be engaged whenever we have hiring projects that match your expertise, and you'll be paid per successful project or placement.
What You May Work On
Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial outreach and candidate screening.
Assess candidates' skills, experience, and motivation.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.
Build and maintain a network of quality candidates for future opportunities.
Collaborate with the Jesson Global team to deliver successful hiring outcomes.
Requirements
Previous experience in mass recruitment or headhunting is preferred.
Strong sourcing skills, especially through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Able to manage multiple hiring projects independently.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.
Highly organized, responsive, and reliable.
