About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer to join our growing team at DeskTeam360. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling our applications while managing our cloud and email delivery infrastructure. You'll work across the entire stack—from frontend to backend—and own key infrastructure components that power our business.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications from frontend to backend
- Architect, manage, and optimize infrastructure on AWS
- Configure and maintain Amazon SES for high-volume email campaigns
- Implement automated cold email workflows ensuring high deliverability and compliance
- Manage server health, security, and performance to maintain 99.9% uptime
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize application performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend services
- Solid understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, etc.)
- Expertise in setting up and managing Amazon SES, including bounce/complaint rate management and domain reputation
- Experience with cold email automation, SMTP, IMAP, and compliance best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Proficiency in Linux server administration and configuration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize application performance
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js)
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Go
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices
