School Nurse

Darsyafii School is looking for a caring, responsible, and qualified School Nurse to support the health, safety, and well-being of our students and employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and initial care for students and employees who are sick or injured.

• Assess health conditions and determine whether students require rest, parent pick-up, referral, or emergency medical treatment.

• Respond appropriately to accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, and other medical emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.

• Monitor students with specific medical conditions, allergies, or medication requirements.

• Administer medication only in accordance with school procedures and written authorization.

• Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, school management, and healthcare providers.

• Maintain the cleanliness, readiness, and inventory of the school clinic and first-aid supplies.

• Support health education, hygiene awareness, and disease-prevention programs.

• Assist the school in implementing health, safety, and emergency procedures.

• Accompany students to a hospital or clinic when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

• Possess an active STR.

• Preferably have experience working in a school, clinic, hospital, or pediatric healthcare environment.

• Knowledgeable in first aid, basic emergency response, and child health.

• Able to remain calm and make appropriate decisions during emergencies.

• Caring, patient, responsible, and comfortable working with children.

• Strong communication, administration, and documentation skills.

• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health information professionally.

• Committed to sunnah values, modest conduct, and the school’s policies.

• Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday.
