- Drive Institutional Growth: Actively support university expansion strategies, including the establishment of new study programs and institutional/program accreditation processes.
- Empower Lecturer Research: Partner closely with LPPM (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat) to monitor, evaluate, and maintain comprehensive records of our lecturers' research and community service achievements.
- Master Academic Licensing: Oversee and smooth out the administrative registration for faculty members, including NIDN (Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional), NIDK (Nomor Induk Dosen Khusus), Change of Registration Numbers, and Homebase Transfers to ensure 100% compliance.
- Coach Career Progression: Act as a personal guide and consultant for lecturers, assisting them in preparing data and completing requirements to accelerate their academic rank promotions.
- Lead Certification Programs: Step up to guide and coordinate lecturers preparing for the national Educator Certification (Serdos), ensuring the process runs seamlessly at UMN.
- Execute Innovation Frameworks: Manage and implement the Recognition of Prior Learning (Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau - RPL) framework for qualified lecturers at UMN.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
- Proven experience working in higher education management administration or academic affairs.
- High attention to detail with a strong appetite for continuous learning. Should be someone who can master complex administrative procedures quickly.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, will be dealing with top-tier academics daily, so building trust and positive relationships is key
- Preferably able to drive a car (possesses a valid SIM A license) to support flexible mobility when required.
