Green Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Green Project Manager to lead sustainability consulting projects. This role requires managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring successful delivery of sustainability-related initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sustainability consulting, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive impactful solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sustainability consulting projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and implement tailormade strategies for corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, carbon footprint assessment, climate risk analysis and other related client needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
• Engage with clients to understand their sustainability needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct research and stay updated on sustainability trends, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting project success.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG, climate strategy, or related areas.
• Proven experience in ESG content development, preferably for corporate training or capacity-building programs.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in developing and presenting slide deck.
