We're looking for an Affiliate & KOL Manager to build and scale our affiliate and creator ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing growth strategies, building long-term partnerships with creators and affiliates, and creating scalable programs that drive brand awareness and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, or Social Commerce.
- Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling affiliate and/or creator programs.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, and the creator economy.
- Experience working with affiliates, KOLs, creators, agencies, or creator communities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about social commerce and digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the beauty, personal care, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Existing network of affiliates, creators, KOLs, or agencies.
- Experience launching or scaling affiliate programs that contributed to measurable business growth.
