Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in façade construction, aluminum and glass systems.
- Good knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction processes.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of tender process and project-based business
- Able to read basic technical drawings/specifications (a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support business development activities and identify potential project opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, façade consultants, developers, and main contractors.
- Prepare and present company profiles, technical proposals, and tender submissions for façade projects.
- Collaborate with the engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure technical accuracy and competitiveness in bids.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s brand image within the façade industry.
