AI-Native Technical QA Engineer

At Juicebox, we're looking for an AI-Native Technical QA Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality digital products and using AI to improve software testing.

In this role, you'll work closely with developers and project teams to ensure our websites, web applications, and AI-powered solutions are thoroughly tested before release. You'll combine manual testing with automation and AI-assisted tools to identify bugs early, improve release quality, and help us build more reliable products.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for websites, web applications, APIs, and AI-powered products.
• Build and maintain automated testing suites for regression and repetitive testing.
• Perform manual functional, visual, regression, and cross-browser testing.
• Validate AI-powered features for accuracy, consistency, and expected behaviour.
• Test APIs and third-party integrations to ensure reliable system performance.
• Conduct performance, accessibility, and security testing using modern testing tools.
• Create detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to support faster and more reliable releases.
• Analyse recurring defects and recommend improvements to development and QA processes.
• Continuously explore AI-powered QA tools and identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Software QA, Quality Assurance Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated software testing.
• Experience with API testing and debugging.
• Familiarity with browser compatibility, responsive testing, and regression testing.
• Experience using automation frameworks and CI/CD workflows is highly desirable.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve testing efficiency and productivity.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about continuous learning and improving software quality.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, Lighthouse, k6, or similar QA tools.
• Experience testing AI-enabled applications or LLM-based products.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and web security testing.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
