We are hiring a Technical Responsible Person (Penanggung Jawab Teknis / PJT) to serve as the registered technical person in charge for our cosmetics distribution business. The PJT ensures the company meets BPOM (Indonesian FDA) requirements for cosmetics distribution.
Requirements (Mandatory)
● Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy — qualifies as Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian / TTK).
● License: Valid STRTTK (TTK registration certificate); SIPTTK is a plus.
● Nationality: Indonesian citizen (WNI).
● Availability: Able to work full-time on-site and reside in / commute to Central Jakarta.
Responsibilities
● Act as the registered Technical Responsible Person (PJT) for the cosmetics distribution facility certification (CDKB / PSB) and BPOM compliance.
● Support Cosmetics Notification (Notifikasi Kosmetika) and import procedures (SKI / API-U) as the technical person in charge.
● Ensure Good Distribution Practice (CDKB) — proper storage, receiving, shipping, and product traceability.
● Prepare, maintain, and enforce SOPs and documentation.
● Prepare for and attend BPOM inspections.
