Job Description:
Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for digital campaigns, social media, landing pages, push notifications, in-app communications, and other marketing channels.
Develop and maintain KrediOne's brand voice and messaging guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
Translate complex financial products and features into clear, customer-friendly content in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Partner with the design and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns by aligning copy with visual concepts.
Review and approve marketing assets, including videos, banners, static ads, and digital creatives, to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and overall quality.
Verify product information, regulatory disclaimers, and compliance requirements across all marketing materials before publication.
Provide constructive feedback on scripts, storyboards, creative concepts, and production outputs to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage content revisions and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain organized content libraries, version control, and documentation for marketing assets.
Improve content creation and review workflows to streamline approvals and enhance team efficiency.
Stay up to date with fintech trends, competitor activities, and content marketing best practices to continuously improve creative quality.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a creative review role. Preferably in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or a digital agency.
Has strong portfolio showcasing copywriting samples and/or creative review work.
Exceptional writing and editing skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across channels.
Experience reviewing video content and providing structured, actionable creative feedback.
Keen eye for design detail — able to identify visual inconsistencies, copy errors, and brand deviations in banners and digital ads.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality.
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with design, product, and marketing teams.
