Key Responsibilities
o Develop, write, create, design, and edit compelling content for social media, website blogs, newsletters, etc.
o Create multimedia assets (images, short videos, infographics) in collaboration with
o Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style guidelines, and marketing objectives.
o Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
o Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
o Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize content.
o Interact with followers, respond to inquiries/comments, and foster online community growth.
o Manage social media marketing through a savvy strategy on digital marketing.
o Manage influencer/KOL relationships and partnerships.
o Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
o Provide insights and recommendations to improve content strategy and campaign performance.
o Work closely with sales executive, and business development teams to align campaigns with business goals.
o Support cross-functional initiatives, including product launches, events, and campaigns.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (English & local language).
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (i.e : Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Semrush, Hootsuite/Buffer, etc.).
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
