Senior Visual & Multimedia Content Creator (Mattress & Bedding Specialist)

The Role

We are seeking a hybrid creative powerhouse with a decade of experience to own our content strategy. You are not just a shooter or a writer; you are a marketing-minded visual artist who understands that in the mattress industry, selling comfort requires a unique blend of emotion, science, and aesthetics. You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle—from conceptualizing video shoots and capturing high-end product photography to crafting compelling English copy and creating engaging animations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Video Production & Direction: Lead end-to-end video production, including shooting high-quality B-roll, product demos, and lifestyle commercials that highlight mattress features (comfort, support, cooling technology).

·       Photography: Execute professional product and lifestyle photography, ensuring the bedding products look inviting, luxurious, and true to life across e-commerce platforms and social media.

·       Motion Graphics & Animation: Create short-form animated content and motion graphics for social media ads (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to explain complex product features (e.g., pocket spring systems, foam layers) in a digestible way.

·       Copywriting: Write persuasive, brand-voiced copy in English for social posts, video scripts, and marketing collateral, ensuring the messaging drives conversions.

·       Social Media Strategy: Manage the visual identity of our social channels, planning content calendars that align with product launches and seasonal marketing trends.

·       Industry-Specific Concepting: Utilize your deep understanding of mattress and bedding marketing to develop concepts that address common consumer pain points (back pain, overheating, motion isolation) and differentiate our products in a competitive market.

·       Omnichannel Promotional Ideation: Conceptualize and develop targeted promotional campaigns tailored to diverse sales avenues. This includes generating creative marketing ideas for Modern Channels (e.g., modern retail chains and department stores), Traditional Channels (e.g., independent furniture shops), and B2B Channels (e.g., hospitality, hotels, and commercial projects) to maximize market penetration and drive revenue.

·       Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative production, with a significant portion focused on furniture, bedding, or lifestyle products.

Technical Mastery

·       Proficient in video shooting.

·       Proficient in e-commerce marketing platforms.

·       Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Capcut).

·       Strong portfolio demonstrating skills.

·       Proven experience with design graphics.

·       Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of the mattress industry landscape.

·       Language Skills: Native or bilingual proficiency in English with exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities.

·       Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing video work, design, animation, and writing samples specifically related to product marketing.

·       Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Multimedia Communication.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

·       Experience with 3D rendering software (Blender, Cinema 4D) for product visualization.

·       Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager) and what creative assets perform best.

·       Experience directing photo/video shoots with models.
