About the role
Join our dynamic team at PT. VIRTUAL PROPERTI PLUS as a CANVASSING STAFF based in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya. This full-time role will play a crucial part in our business development efforts, focusing on expanding our portfolio of new clients and opportunities.
What you'll be doing
Actively engage with potential clients through cold-calling, email outreach, and face-to-face meetings to introduce our services and generate new business leads
Conduct research to identify and qualify prospective clients that align with our target market and growth strategy
Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation and conversion strategies
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the property or related industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
