Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs and workforce planning.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offering, and onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future positions.

Organization Development & People Development

  • Design and implement organization development initiatives to improve structure, capability, culture, and overall organizational effectiveness.

  • Lead people development programs, including training needs analysis, leadership development, succession planning, and career development initiatives.

  • Support performance management processes to help employees and managers drive continuous improvement.

  • Identify competency gaps across functions and develop appropriate learning and development solutions.

  • Partner with department heads to create development plans for key talent and high-potential employees.

  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that strengthen retention and productivity.

  • Facilitate change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, workforce capability, and leadership readiness.

  • Develop and maintain competency frameworks that align employee capabilities with business requirements.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid exposure to Talent Acquisition and Organization Development / People Development.

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and development initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of talent management, recruitment strategy, organizational development, learning and development, and performance management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to use HR metrics for decision-making.

  • Experience in employer branding, succession planning, and change management is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in HR systems, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office.

  • Professional certification in HR is a plus.
