Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs and workforce planning.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offering, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future positions.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and hiring success rates.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Review and improve recruitment policies, systems, and procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Organization Development & People Development
Design and implement organization development initiatives to improve structure, capability, culture, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Lead people development programs, including training needs analysis, leadership development, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
Support performance management processes to help employees and managers drive continuous improvement.
Identify competency gaps across functions and develop appropriate learning and development solutions.
Partner with department heads to create development plans for key talent and high-potential employees.
Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that strengthen retention and productivity.
Facilitate change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, workforce capability, and leadership readiness.
Develop and maintain competency frameworks that align employee capabilities with business requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid exposure to Talent Acquisition and Organization Development / People Development.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and development initiatives.
Strong understanding of talent management, recruitment strategy, organizational development, learning and development, and performance management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to use HR metrics for decision-making.
Experience in employer branding, succession planning, and change management is an advantage.
Proficiency in HR systems, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Professional certification in HR is a plus.
