Responsibility
1. Assist and support the host in real-time during live sessions, especially in boosting engagement and interaction.
2. Evaluate host performance in terms of discipline, attitude, and compliance with SOP during the live session.
3. Provide feedback to the host directly and/or to the Host PIC/Trainer.
4. Analyze real-time metrics and push requested products or GMV-driving items.
5. Help create engaging scripts, designs, and live concepts tailored to each brand's characteristics.
6. Report any complaints or issues that occur during live sessions.
7. Conduct trend research to stay updated with current booming topics.
8. Responsible for creating mood boards for the live division that align with host dress codes/costumes/props.
9. Act as PIC for the account, ensuring proper display of stickers, headbands, and product arrangements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital/live streaming, preferably from FMCG or beauty industry.
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
- Good communication & project management ability.
- Creative mindset with interest in trend research.
- Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live, and other social commerce platforms.
- Experience in content production, scriptwriting, or hosting.
