Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the garment industry, with at least 3 years as QA Manager or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Garment Quality Management System (QMS).
Thorough understanding of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspection standards.
Experienced in handling Inline, End Line, Final Inspection, and Pre-Final Audit.
Familiar with garment manufacturing processes (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing).
Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and CAPA implementation.
Experience working with international buyers (Nike, Adidas, H&M, Primark, Walmart, Costco, Target, dll.) is preferred.
Good understanding of social compliance and quality audit requirements (SLCP, BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
Able to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Lead and manage the QA team to ensure product quality meets buyer requirements.
Monitor quality performance from raw materials through finished goods.
Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising, and Technical teams to resolve quality concerns.
Handle customer complaints and buyer quality requirements.
Prepare quality reports and KPI analysis.
Ensure factory readiness for buyer audits and quality inspections.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.
