Key Responsibilities
Analyze business performance, customer trends, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Translate data into actionable insights, forecasts, and strategic business recommendations.
Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and automated reporting solutions.
Collaborate with Digital, IT, Data Engineering, and business teams to deliver data-driven initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability to support business decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Data Analyst in e-commerce, digital business, or retail.
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is an advantage.
Good understanding of digital commerce, retail operations, and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Willing to be based in Karawaci.
