Role Summary
Our client is a Chinese regenerative medicine and medical aesthetics company. The Indonesia entity has been established in early June, 2026.
The HR Manager will support company's overseas organization build-out by leading recruitment, organization planning, compensation and performance processes, onboarding, HR operations, and employment compliance in new markets.
Key Responsibilities
· Translate business expansion plans into organization structures, headcount plans, role levels, hiring priorities, and job descriptions for new markets.
· Lead end-to-end recruitment for BD, sales, medical training, regulatory, operations, and support roles, and build local talent pipelines.
· Set up compensation, commission, bonus, probation, and performance mechanisms suited to early-stage market expansion.
· Build onboarding, probation follow-up, training coordination, employee communication, and retention mechanisms for newly formed teams
· Coordinate labor contracts, payroll, tax or social security matters, attendance, leave, employee files, and HR policies together with HQ and local vendors.
· Operate in a dual-reporting structure to the local country head and the HQ HR leader.
Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, International Trade, or a related field.
· Around 5+ years of HR experience, including recruitment, organization building, overseas HR, or support for fast-growing businesses.
· Candidates from medical aesthetics, skincare, beauty, medical, healthcare, or broader fast-moving consumer backgrounds are preferred.
· The business is open to supervisor or manager-level candidates who can independently handle one country's full HR agenda.
· Strong English communication is required
