Operation Staff
AMANTARA is a vibrant Commercial & Retail destination dedicated to delivering exceptional lifestyle and customer experiences. We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Operation Staff to support the daily operations of our commercial area.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the commercial & retail area in accordance with company standards.
Conduct routine inspections to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of facilities.
Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to address daily operational requirements.
Monitor and follow up on operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure work is carried out in compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
Support the execution of events and promotional activities when required.
Ensure a safe, efficient, and pleasant environment for visitors and tenants.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Property Management, Mall Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Willing to be placed in PIK, North Jakarta.
