SATU Dental Group is looking for a Compensation, Benefits & Personnel Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations, compensation strategy, payroll governance, and employee administration as we continue to scale our business across healthcare, distribution, retail, and consumer products.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices, effective benefits management, compliance with labor regulations, and seamless employee lifecycle administration.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & BenefitsDevelop, review, and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.
Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Manage annual salary review, promotion, adjustment, and incentive processes.
Design and evaluate employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, BPJS, wellness initiatives, and other employee welfare programs.
Monitor compensation structures and provide recommendations based on business needs and market trends.
Support budgeting and workforce cost planning in collaboration with Finance and business leaders.
Oversee monthly payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payment.
Ensure proper administration of employee records, employment contracts, probation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Manage employee data and HRIS to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Handle BPJS administration, insurance enrollment, employee letters, and other personnel-related documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle administration processes.
Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
Ensure HR operational excellence through process improvements and automation initiatives.
Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, compensation, payroll, and workforce trends.
Partner with internal stakeholders to address employee-related operational matters.
Lead and develop the Compensation, Benefits, and Personnel team to deliver high-quality HR services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Personnel Administration, or HR Operations.
At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, taxation, payroll regulations, and HR compliance.
Experience managing payroll and HRIS systems.
Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation benchmarking and workforce cost analysis.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in healthcare, retail, FMCG, consumer, distribution, or high-growth environments is a plus.
