Responsibilities:
Develop event concepts & strategies (grand openings, promotions, brand activations)
Manage end-to-end event execution (planning, execution, evaluation)
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Manage and control event budgets effectively
Ensure smooth on-ground execution aligned with timelines and targets
Prepare post-event reports (traffic, sales, ROI)
Proven ability to manage large teams effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or related field
Min 3–5 years of experience in event management (F&B/retail preferred)
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience in vendor management and budgeting
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends/event days)
Familiar with and adaptable to startup culture (fast-paced, dynamic environment)
