IT System Staff - Machinery - Cikarang (B-130513)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang. 

• Our client is a Manufacture (Machinery) company. Currently, they are looking for IT System Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware devices.

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and server-related issues.

• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of company IT systems and network environments.

• Provide technical support for office and manufacturing operational activities.

• Maintain and monitor IT security systems, including user access, backup, and antivirus management.

• Support website maintenance and simple application development for internal or sales activities.

• Develop or assist in developing simple systems/applications using programming languages such as Python.

• Prepare and maintain network topology and IT infrastructure documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors, users, and external parties related to IT matters.

• Support IT planning and implementation for short-term and annual company operations.

• Assist sales or marketing activities related to IT systems when required.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Business level of English.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, security, server, and maintenance in the manufacturing industry.

• Able to create network topology, IT documentation, and familiar with programming languages such as Python or similar.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Have a driving license (SIM A).
