About the role
PT Yonyou Network Indonesia is seeking a General Affair Mandarin Speaker to join our team in West Jakarta on a full-time basis. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our office and plays a vital part in supporting our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing administrative and general affairs functions while providing essential support to our international operations through Mandarin language capabilities. This position bridges communication and coordination between our Indonesian and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, making it strategically important to our company's continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
Managing general office administration tasks, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping
Coordinating office facilities, maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure a productive work environment
Providing Mandarin language support for internal communications, meetings, and external correspondence
Assisting with translation and interpretation between Mandarin and Indonesian/English as required
Organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors
Managing office supplies inventory and procurement
Supporting human resources functions, including onboarding and staff coordination
Liaising with government agencies and external organisations on administrative matters
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive administrative information appropriately
Assisting with general company operations and ad-hoc administrative projects as needed
What we're looking for
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) at an advanced or native level
Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
Proven experience in a general affairs, administrative, or office management role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management software
Knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations and office administration practices
Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Chinese business practices
Problem-solving capability and proactive approach to workplace challenges
Previous experience working in a multinational or international company environment is preferred
