IT Infrastructure Specialist

As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our brands and are looking for IT Infrastructure Specialist.

Job Responsibilities
1. Provide end-user IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, internet, Wi-Fi, printers, and other technical issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, and business applications.
3. Set up, configure, and maintain company IT assets, including workstations, monitors, peripherals, and office equipment.
4. Manage IT asset inventory, maintenance records, and equipment lifecycle.
5. Configure and maintain company network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, and internet connectivity.
6. Set up and maintain servers, storage systems, backups, user access, and security controls to ensure data privacy and business continuity.
7. Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, cameras, lighting, microphones, displays, and other digital content production equipment.
8. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, mobile devices, cameras, networking equipment, and other electronic devices used across the company.
9. Develop simple automation tools, scripts, or internal utilities to improve operational efficiency and support AI-enabled workflows when needed.
10. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for infrastructure, hardware, software, or internet-related matters.
11. Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and IT procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.

• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), Windows, and Office productivity tools.

• Experience with server administration, backup, data security, and user access management.

• Familiar with configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.

• Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or similar) for automation are preferred.

• Experience setting up and troubleshooting cameras, audio-visual equipment, streaming devices, or digital production equipment is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues independently.

• Willing to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment.
