Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly according to order.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned sections and service stations.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy.
Qualification:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a waitress in a restaurant.
High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality background is a plus.
Patient, friendly, and possesses strong product knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Active communication skills and good customer listening abilities.
Flexible to work in shifts based on operational needs
