Role & Responsibilities

• Set up a rigorous flow and build best practices for finance and accounting activities.

• Ensure the integrity of the company's bookkeeping activities & figures

• Assist in tax administration and ensure payment to Tax Office on-schedule for statutory reporting accuracy

• Prepare financial statements : scrutinize and provide analyses on profit and loss (P&L) statement items movement; the revenue and expense lines; balance sheets items and statement of cash flows; ensure a streamlined month-end closing (MEC) process and manage appropriate timeline for performance updates and Investor reporting.

• Execute ongoing payment cycle activities, conduct daily reconciliation to Cash balance in system would be inclusive.

• Create and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures and regulations.

• Monitor and track purchase orders, expediting orders as necessary to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.

Qualification

• Hungry to learn, fast & passionate learner

• One to three years working experience in Finance / Accounting / Tax, experience in manufacturing company is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting, preferably from reputable University.

• Solid knowledge, have high integrity for implementing financial and accounting standard operating procedures (SOP) and practices

• Strong work ethics: high ownership & accountable, honest, and not easily complacent, biased for action.

• High attention to details and analytical

• Able to utilize and operate Excel, Accurate, or similar accounting software

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
