JOB REQUIREMENTS
* 2–5 years of proven experience in Sales Manager
* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT background)
* Results-oriented with a wide business network
* Proven experience leading a sales team
* Strong leadership, excellent communication, and strategic thinking skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead, coach, and grow the sales team’s performance
* Provide insightful and accurate weekly reports directly to management
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Demonstrate high levels of discipline, accountability, and professionalism in daily operations and client management
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
