System Analyst

We are hiring for System Analyst!

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions to support business objectives.

• Design and develop system solutions with a focus on efficiency, scalability, availability, flexibility, functionality, and usability.

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate system requirements.

• Work closely with the technical team to define technical standards, system architecture, and non-functional requirements.

• Lead and provide technical guidance to the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Prepare technical documentation, system design, and development estimates.

• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions in a dynamic development environment.

• Develop tools, processes, and best practices to improve team productivity and system quality.

• Ensure software development is delivered on time and aligned with business needs.

• Apply Agile methodologies and participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a System Analyst, with at least 2 years of prior experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or Programmer.

• Experience as a System Analyst in a Multifinance/Consumer Finance company is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system analysis, and system architecture.

• Hands-on experience in system planning, solution design, estimation, and software delivery.

• Good understanding of software architecture, operating systems, networking concepts, and distributed systems.

• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, virtualization, containerization, and issue tracking tools.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor technical team members.
