Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Cold Storage industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and warehouse best practices.
- Thorough understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management systems.
- Experienced in managing Cold Storage operations and temperature-controlled inventory.
- Proficient in Accurate ERP for inventory management, stock movement, and warehouse transactions.
- Experienced in conducting stock opname, inventory reconciliation, and stock accuracy analysis.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work onsite at Medan Satria, Bekasi.
