IT Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Officer to join PT ZETA ANUGERAH SAMUDRA . This is position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of IT Network, Radio, IT Infrastructure and systems administration activities at our operations in Kabaena, Sulawesi Tenggara. As IT Officer, you will provide technical leadership, ensure operational excellence, and maintain the integrity of our critical IT infrastructure. This role is essential to supporting our business operations and ensuring seamless technology services across the organisation.

Job Description

1. Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.

2. Troubleshoot network performance issues.

3. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

4. Manage software installation, updates, and licensing.

5. Ensure all IT assets are functioning properly.

6. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.

7. Ensure high network availability and reliability.

8. Maintain network documentation and topology.

9. Connecting all Radio to PIT, EFO and Office

Qualification

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, with supervisory experience preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of:

   • Windows Server and Linux Administration

   • Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)

   • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

   • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

   • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)

   • Software & Telematic Device

   • Backup and Disaster Recovery

   • Cybersecurity principles

   • CCTV, Radio (HT), and Biometric Attendance Systems (preferred)

4. Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, HRIS, or Fleet Management Systems is an advantage.

5. Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV systems, access control systems, biometric attendance devices, and other IT peripherals.

6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

7. Willing to work on roster system
