KUALIFIKASI

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Pertambangan / Geologi atau jurusan terkait

  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5–8 tahun di operasional tambang, dengan 2–3 tahun sebagai Pit Control / Dispatch

  3. Memahami siklus operasi tambang terbuka (drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, dumping)

  4. Mampu melakukan monitoring & analisa produktivitas alat (cycle time, ritase, delay, utilization)

  5. Terbiasa menggunakan sistem dispatch / fleet management (seperti Modular, Jigsaw, atau sejenisnya)

  6. Memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait K3 pertambangan dan manajemen risiko di pit

  7. Memiliki kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, dan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat & tepat di lapangan
