We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Store Supervisor to oversee our daily store operations and lead our team to success. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare reports and assist in achieving sales and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or retail management experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in handling store operations and team management.
