The Opportunity

You will play a critical role in strengthening our commercial positioning across the beauty sector, ensuring our products achieve maximum visibility and sustained market success.

We are looking for individuals who operate with urgency, think strategically, and execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and retail partners.

• Manage product listings, promotions, and in-store marketing activities across retail and distribution channels.

• Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns to maximize market penetration and brand visibility.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.

• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommend strategies to improve sales results.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

• Represent the company in meetings, trade events, and business negotiations with customers and partners.
  

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum S1) in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline

• Fluency in multiple languages; professional English proficiency is strongly preferred

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in Digital marketing, ideally within the beauty or FMCG sector

• Demonstrated expertise in beauty product marketing (make-up & skincare)

• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

• Deep understanding of offline retail ecosystems and product listing frameworks

• Highly disciplined, results-oriented, and commercially astute

• Committed to working full-time in a high-performance environment

Compensation & Rewards

IDR 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 per month
