As a Talent Acquisition Intern (Store Recruitment), you will support the end-to-end recruitment process for store hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. This role requires someone who is agile, proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for store positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Manage recruitment administration, including interview schedules, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment progress.
Prepare and update recruitment reports using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet.
Qualifications
Undergraduate or final-year student majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or other related fields.
Agile, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eager to learn and has good communication skills.
Available to work full WFO in Central Jakarta.
Able to join immediately.
