Job Overview
The TikTok Channel Lead is responsible for developing and managing the overall TikTok channel strategy to drive brand growth and sales performance. This role oversees TikTok Shop operations, content, affiliate programs, live streaming, promotional campaigns, and leads the TikTok team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute TikTok channel growth strategies
2. Lead and manage the TikTok operational team (Content Creator, Live Streamer, Video Editor, and Channel Executive)
2. Oversee daily TikTok Shop operations and performance
3. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, affiliate programs, and live streaming activities
4. Monitor key performance metrics including GMV, sales, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, engagement, and follower growth
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, audience behavior, and TikTok platform updates
6. Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to execute commercial initiatives
7. Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations
8. Ensure all TikTok activities align with brand guidelines and platform policies
9. Manage the TikTok channel budget and optimize spending to achieve business targets.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any major
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as TikTok Channel Lead.
3. Strong understanding of TikTok Organic, TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, Live Shopping, and TikTok Ads
4. Experience managing GMV, sales performance, and channel growth
5. Proficient in TikTok Analytics, TikTok Shop Seller Center, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
6. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
7. Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Experience in the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry is a plus

1. Experience leading TikTok or e-commerce teams
2. Proven track record in growing TikTok Shop performance and GMV
3. Strong understanding of creator, affiliate, and live commerce ecosystems
4. Experience managing commercial campaigns and digital marketing strategies
