Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Monitor branch performance through regular analysis of sales, operational, and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulations.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop branch employees to build a high-performing team.
Monitor employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Manage branch budgets, operational costs, inventory, and company assets effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and local stakeholders.
Resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing branch operations.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP or business management systems.
Willing to travel when required.
