Network Engineer CCNA

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Mandatory: Valid International CCNA certification.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and other networking technologies.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in power distribution, electrical installation, and electrical troubleshooting.

• Experience in fiber optic (FO) and LAN cabling, installation, and troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of network security principles and best practices.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Highly motivated, creative, disciplined, proactive, and able to work with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Available to join ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy ICT hardware and software based on project or client requirements.

• Configure systems and network infrastructure to ensure optimal availability, performance, and reliability.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot ICT systems at project sites or client locations.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

• Provide technical training and end-user support for newly implemented systems and applications.

• Assist users in troubleshooting technical issues and responding to technical inquiries.

• Prepare detailed installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting reports for both internal documentation and client reference.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure all project-related information is up to date.
